Role Overview

The Account Manager plays a central role in managing client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of integrated campaigns across multiple channels including digital and OOH. This role requires someone who can bridge strategy, creative, media, and client expectations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on brief, and with strong commercial outcomes.
The Account Manager will report directly to the Managing Director and will act as a key point of contact between clients and the internal team.
The ideal candidate has an in-depth understanding of omni-channel marketing, is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships through consistent communication and proactive problem-solving.
  • Understand client business objectives and translate them into clear briefs for internal teams.
  • Lead regular client meetings, status updates, and reporting sessions.
  • Ensure client expectations are managed effectively across timelines, deliverables, and budgets.

Campaign & Project Management

  • Oversee the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Coordinate internal teams including creative, content, media, influencers, and production.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure projects are delivered efficiently.
  • Ensure campaigns are aligned with agreed strategies and client objectives.

Digital & Media Oversight

  • Maintain a strong understanding of digital marketing platforms including social media, influencer marketing, paid media, and content marketing.
  • Work closely with digital and media teams to ensure campaigns are optimized and performing effectively.
  • Support the planning and coordination of omni-channel media placements including print, radio, television, and out-of-home.

Strategic Input

  • Contribute to campaign strategy and creative thinking during planning stages.
  • Identify opportunities to grow client accounts through new initiatives or expanded services.
  • Support proposal development and new business presentations when required.

Reporting & Performance

  • Tracking Monitor campaign performance and ensure clients receive clear and insightful reporting.
  • Track project progress against timelines and budgets.
  • Ensure internal teams have clear visibility on project priorities and deadlines.

Operational Coordination

  • Work closely with the Managing Director to ensure smooth project execution across the agency.
  • Support internal planning processes including campaign timelines, resource allocation, and workflow management.
  • Maintain organized documentation for briefs, approvals, and campaign deliverables.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years experience in an advertising, digital marketing, or communications agency.
  • Proven experience managing client accounts and delivering integrated campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and Intergrated media environments.
  • Experience working with influencers, content creators, and digital campaigns is an advantage.
