Job Title: Digital Media Buyer

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Media Buyer to join our digital marketing team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about online advertising, analytics, and delivering real business results through performance-based media campaigns.
As a Digital Media Buyer, you will support the planning, execution, monitoring, and optimization of digital ad campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, X (Twitter), and programmatic channels. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns are performance-driven, on-brand, and aligned with overall marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management
- Assist in setting up, launching, and managing paid media campaigns across digital platforms.
- Monitor daily campaign performance to ensure spend, pacing, and key KPIs are on track.
- Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, audience segments, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
Reporting & Analysis
- Generate weekly and monthly campaign performance reports.
- Analyze campaign metrics such as CTR, CPM, CPA, ROAS, etc., and recommend optimization strategies.
- Support in compiling insights and learnings to guide future campaigns.
Audience & Media Strategy Support
- Assist in researching and developing target audience segments.
- Stay updated on digital media trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes.
- Support the development of media plans, budgets, and forecasts under supervision.
Collaboration
- Work cross-functionally with creative teams to brief in and review assets for paid campaigns.
- Collaborate with social media, SEO, and brand marketing teams to align messaging and targeting.
- Engage with media vendors and platforms as needed to troubleshoot issues or gather insights.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing, media buying, or advertising.
- Understanding of media buying on platforms like Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for campaign tracking and analysis.
- Good knowledge of Google Analytics or similar analytics tools.
- Familiarity with ad platforms such as Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.
Soft Skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for numbers and data.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with good communication and collaboration skills.
Bonus Points
- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications.
- Experience with programmatic platforms or DSPs.
- Exposure to eCommerce, lead generation, or mobile app campaigns.
