We’re looking for a Creative Designer who is equal parts creative thinker and skilled maker. Someone who loves typography as much as they love big ideas, sweats the details, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving agency environment.

Key Responsibilities:

What you'll do

Develop compelling visual concepts for digital, social, print, branding, and campaign work.
Translate strategic ideas into clear, engaging creative.
Work closely with strategists, copywriters, account managers, and the wider creative team.
Design presentations, brand identities, social media content, marketing collateral, and campaign assets.
Prepare artwork for production across print and digital platforms.
Maintain consistency across multiple client brands while adapting to different visual identities.
Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and emerging technologies including AI-assisted creative workflows.

What we're looking for

3+ years of experience in a creative, branding, or advertising agency.
Experience creating motion graphics or simple animations.
Experience with illustration
A strong portfolio that demonstrates conceptual thinking and exceptional craft.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Experience with Figma and motion design is an advantage.
Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour, and visual storytelling.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines without compromising quality.
A collaborative mindset and openness to feedback.
Curiosity, initiative, and a desire to keep learning.
Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and an understanding of how to use them responsibly to enhance, not replace, creative thinking.
